Terms of use

These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the terms on which goods are supplied.

Last reviewed: 2026

Who runs this site

This website is published by FRESHASIA FOODS LTD. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company.

The site is information, not an offer

Nothing on these pages is an offer to sell, a quotation, or a commitment to supply. Descriptions of what we do are general. Product detail, specification, quantity, availability, price and the basis of supply are agreed in writing for each order, and only that written confirmation binds either party.

Who this site is for

This site is written for businesses buying to resell, to cater with, or to manufacture from, and the pages should be read on that footing.

Accuracy

We take care that the company details shown in the footer match the register. Everything else is a description in ordinary language and may be superseded by what we confirm in writing on a given enquiry. If you spot something wrong, please tell us and we will correct it.

Copyright

The text, layout, stylesheet and wordmark of this site belong to us. You may read, print and quote from these pages for the purpose of dealing with us. The photographs are library images used under open licences and belong to their authors; the terms of each are set out on the image credits page and travel with the image, not with this site.

Links

The only links to other websites are the licence and source links on the image credits page. We are not responsible for the content of any site we link to.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general descriptions on this site, as opposed to the written confirmation given for an order.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
